- 12 oz green beans (trimmed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil (for easy clean up).
- In a large bowl, toss together green beans, olive oil, garlic and seasonings.
- Spread the green beans out on the baking sheet. As much as possible, lay the beans flat and not overlapping.
- Cook for 10 minutes. Turn and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the beans are tender and lightly browned.
