Ready in only 15 minutes, this sesame noodles recipe is quick and simple. The sauce for these noodles is heavenly and it’s made with ingredients like peanut butter, soy sauce, and fresh ginger.

- 10 ounces udon noodles (or spaghetti noodles)
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari sauce)
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger minced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha
Toppings (optional)
- Roasted peanuts
- Green onions
- Sesame seeds

In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the sauce: sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, peanut butter, ginger, garlic, sriracha. Whisk until well-combined and the peanut butter is completely dissolved.

In a large pot, cook the noodles according to package instructions.

Drain the noodles, add them to a large bowl and pour the sauce over the hot noodles. Use tongs (or hold two forks) to mix the noodles with the sauce.

Optionally, serve topped with roasted peanuts, chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
