Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
- salt & pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry the cauliflower. The cauliflower should be completely dry (otherwise it won't get crispy in the oven).
Cut the cauliflower into medium-large spears. Add them to a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add the seasonings and toss to coat.
Add the cauliflower to a large, parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spread them into one layer as much as possible.
Bake for 15 minutes, flip and bake on the other side for 10 more minutes, until browned and crispy.
