Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

Materials

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry the cauliflower. The cauliflower should be completely dry (otherwise it won't get crispy in the oven).
  • Cut the cauliflower into medium-large spears. Add them to a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add the seasonings and toss to coat.
  • Add the cauliflower to a large, parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spread them into one layer as much as possible.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, flip and bake on the other side for 10 more minutes, until browned and crispy.
