Garlic Roasted Radishes

If you’re cooking radishes, this is the only way to make them! This garlic roasted radishes recipe is easy and amazingly good.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag radishes trimmed & chopped in half
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil (for easy clean up).
  • Cut the radishes in half (or into quarters, if you have large radishes).
  • Add the radishes to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the olive oil, add the seasonings and toss to combine.
  • Add the radishes to the large baking sheet and arrange in one layer.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, turning half way through.
  • Broil for 2 minutes before removing from the oven.
  • Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley.
