- 1 can black beans (drained)
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 can diced tomatoes (undrained)
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium pot. Bring the pot to a boil and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
