Description

An easy vegan matcha latte that is sweet and creamy. Coconut oil adds creaminess to this latte that makes is so delicious and thick! This will be your new go-to, everyday matcha drink.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat your oat milk until hot (on the stove or in the microwave).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together your matcha and 1/4 cup hot water.
  3. Add all of the ingredients to your blender, including the hot oat milk.
  4. Blend until smooth (about 1 minute) & enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor, use a high-quality, organic matcha. An easy way to tell the quality of your matcha is by the color: it should be a vibrant, bright green. Encha Matcha is a brand that I love on Amazon and is great quality for the price.
