Description

Easy, classic pecan pie that’s ready in 5 minutes & tastes amazing.


Ingredients

  • 1 9″ pie crust
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup light Karo syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place pie shell in a 9″ pie pan.
  3. Combine Karo syrup, cinnamon, eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
  4. Stir in pecans. 
  5. Bake on the center rack of oven for 60 – 70 minutes. Tip: cover edges of pie crust with tin foil before baking to prevent them from over-browning. 
  6. Cool for 2 hours before serving.
