Garlic Roasted Radishes

If you’re cooking radishes, this is the only way to make them! This garlic roasted radishes recipe is easy and amazingly good.


  • 1 bag radishes (trimmed & chopped in half)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • chopped parsley ((optional, for garnish))


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil (for easy clean up).
  2. Cut the radishes in half (or into quarters, if you have large radishes).
  3. Add the radishes to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the olive oil, add the seasonings and toss to combine.
  4. Add the radishes to the large baking sheet and arrange in one layer.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, turning half way through.
  6. Broil for 2 minutes before removing from the oven.
  7. Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley.
