Description
If you’re cooking radishes, this is the only way to make them! This garlic roasted radishes recipe is easy and amazingly good.

- 1 bag radishes (trimmed & chopped in half)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- chopped parsley ((optional, for garnish))
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil (for easy clean up).
- Cut the radishes in half (or into quarters, if you have large radishes).
- Add the radishes to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the olive oil, add the seasonings and toss to combine.
- Add the radishes to the large baking sheet and arrange in one layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes, turning half way through.
- Broil for 2 minutes before removing from the oven.
- Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley.
