These garlic roasted radishes are a tasty treat. The flavors pair together perfectly and they’re roasted to a mouth-watering crispy texture in the oven.

You can never go wrong with garlic roasted veggies! Along with these radishes, make sure to try our Garlic Roasted Carrots and Garlic Roasted Green Beans. All easy side dishes that taste amazing.

About the Recipe

This recipe is the BEST way to cook radishes. Radishes have a unique flavor, and if you’re roasting them, doing so with garlic is the best way to do so.

This is a quick and easy side dish that’s always popular. Even if you aren’t the biggest fan of radishes, you’ll love this recipe. Plus it’s a fun way to cook with a seasonal vegetable.

Garlic Roasted Radishes Ingredients:

  • 1 bag radishes trimmed & chopped in half
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

How to Cook Garlic Roasted Radishes

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil (for easy clean up).

Step 2:

Cut the radishes in half (or into quarters, if you have large radishes). The radishes should be a little smaller than bite size. Chopping them consistently will help ensure that they bake through evenly.

Be sure to trim the top and bottom of the radish off as well (where the green step is & where the root comes out)

Step 3:

Add the radishes to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the olive oil, add the garlic and seasonings and toss to combine.

Step 4:

Add the radishes to the large baking sheet and arrange in one layer. If you have clumps of garlic that are sticking together, spread them out evenly on top of the radishes.

Step 5:

Bake for 25 minutes, turning half way through. Broil for 2 minutes before removing from the oven. Optionally, serve garnish with chopped parsley.

These garlic roasted radishes are incredibly easy to make and are a healthy (superfood!) side dish. If you’re cooking radishes, this is how to make them.

Note: this recipe is gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and keto.
