Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Balsamic and Honey

These roasted brussel sprouts with balsamic and honey combine classic flavors for a delicious side dish. These sweet, crispy brussel sprouts are always a crowd favorite.


  • 1 lb brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Cut the stems off of the brussels sprouts and chop them in half.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil. On the baking sheet or in a bowl, toss the brussels sprouts with the olive oil, balsamic, honey, salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 – 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Bake until the brussel sprouts are tender when pierced with a fork and slightly crispy on their outer leaves.
