These roasted brussel sprouts with balsamic and honey combine classic flavors for a delicious side dish. These sweet, crispy brussel sprouts are always a crowd favorite.
- 1 lb brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Cut the stems off of the brussels sprouts and chop them in half.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 – 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Bake until the brussel sprouts are tender when pierced with a fork and slightly crispy on their outer leaves.
