This roasted cauliflower recipe is a tasty addition to any table. It’s healthy and festive, loaded with nutrients and flavor.
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
- salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry the cauliflower. The cauliflower should be completely dry (otherwise it won't get crispy in the oven).
- Cut the cauliflower into medium-large spears. Add them to a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add the seasonings and toss to coat.
- Add the cauliflower to a large, parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spread them into one layer as much as possible.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flip and bake on the other side for 10 more minutes, until browned and crispy.
