Easy Pumpkin Pie Recipe
- 1 16 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 9 inch pie crush
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine ingredients in a large bowl and pour into pie crust.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes and then turn the temperature down to 350 degrees for 35 – 40 minutes, until filling is set and slightly golden brown.
One of the best parts of this recipe is that it uses pumpkin pie spice. If you’ve never baked with this before, it’s found in the spice section of the baking aisle.
