- 2 lbs beef stew meat (cut into 1" chunks)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 carrots (sliced)
- 3 stalks celery (sliced)
- 1 onion
- 4 cups beef broth
- 5 small gold potatoes (peeled & diced)
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Combine the flour, salt and pepper. Toss the meat in the flour mixture until coated.
- Brown the meat on medium high in a large skillet for 5 minutes.
- Add all ingredients to your slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 10 – 12 hours or on high for 4 – 6 hours.
